Endorse Town Boards Resolution to Exceed the Levy Limit
Where: Town of Watertown Town Hall - N8302 High Road Watertown, WI 53094
When: October 12th, 2026 at 7:00pm during a special town meeting prior to the board meeting
Why: Increases in emergency services has been taking from the road repair budget.This is no longer sustainable, in order to continue to repair and maintain roads and fund emergency services the board proposes increasing the allowable levy:
a. $10,280 for pay increases to the Town Board Supervisors
b. $5,340 for pay increase to the Town Board Chair
c. $110,000 for road improvements
d. $4,975 for fire contract increases
